Direct exists so a household can order the same product as a dealer, without a shopfront markup. It is not a same-week joinery bench.
Use the guide. A photo of every opening. We query anything that looks tight or out of square.
Drawing, material, colour, mid-rail, hang. Production does not start until you accept that sheet.
Panels are built and frames are cut for that opening. Lead time is the container cycle — usually four to seven weeks.
Crate to the house. Numbered panels, modular frame, hardware, packers, touch-up. You set the frame and hang the panels, or a local fitter does.
A Direct order is made to your sizes. We take a deposit when the drawing is accepted, and the remainder before the shipment is released. Exact split is on the quote.
Freight is quoted to the suburb. Metro capitals are straightforward. Regional and island addresses need a note on the form.
